Manifeste ORLAN Corps et Sculptures ORLAN est une figure incontournable de l’art depuis les années 1960. Elle a joué un rôle pionnier dans l’histoire de la performance, de l’art féministe et des nouvelles technologies. Elle est sortie du cadre pour faire de son corps la matière première de son art. Ce livre prend comme fil conducteur la sculpture et la plasticité du corps, de ses Corps-sculptures jusqu’à l’intelligence artificielle et la robotique, en passant par Le Baiser de l’artiste ou les performances chirurgicales. Il souligne les enjeux d’une oeuvre attentive aux époques qu’elle traverse, notamment dans sa dimension politique et féministe.ORLAN Manifesto Bodies and Sculptures ORLAN has been a leading figure on the art scene since the 1960s.
